  • Please go to the “Contact Us” page and request a day to tour the venue. Allow for up to 24hrs for a response.

  • There is plenty of street parking on State street. You will need to register your car with an app to pay the meter. Street parking is free after 6PM.

    In addition, there are 3-4 parking garages/lots within 1 minute away of the location, so your guests will not have to walk far.

    Guests are not permitted to park in any of the lots directly to the left, right or back of the venue.

  • There are 6 bedrooms located between the 2nd and 3rd floor. Both floors have a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

    Please send an email requesting the amount of bedrooms you are interested in, including the day/time, and we will get back to you with availability.

  • The 1st floor is approximately 1700 sq ft, and can accommodate up to 50 people standing and 35 people sitting. There are three long couches, two short couches, nine stools/chairs, and a dining room table that seats 10 guests.

  • The maximum allowed in this space is 50 people for the duration of the rental. The security deposit will be forfeited to Legacy House if additional guests have been permitted inside.

  • Yes! Your rental includes use of all plates, cups, utensils, bar (beverages are not included), pots and pans, toaster, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator and trash can.

  • Legacy House 614 is an intimate gathering space. No ticket sales at the door or inside will be permitted at any time.
